Ingredients
Stahl Meyer beef franks
1 cup long-grain white rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 packet sazón seasoning (Cuban-style if available)
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric or annatto
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a medium pot, combine the rice, chicken broth, sazón seasoning, turmeric, salt, and pepper.
- Slice Stahl-Meyer Beef Franks into thin slices and place into pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Once the rice is done, fluff it with a fork to ensure it’s light and fluffy.
